Profile:
John W. Blunt, Jr., ASA has lived
in Austin for 30 years and has been involved in
commercial real estate for more than 26 years. The Blunt Company was formed
in June, 1992. Since that date, the company has prepared
appraisals for a broad range of commercial properties. The company
also has extensive experience preparing digital maps using GIS
software.
John is a designated senior member
(Urban Property) with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). He
is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. John is also a
State Certified General Appraiser in the State of Texas.
The Blunt Company has
extensive experience appraising retail, office, and industrial
properties. We also have particular expertise appraising special
use properties including restaurants, convenience stores, hotels,
automotive repair and car wash facilities.
