 Company Profile:

John W. Blunt, Jr., ASA, CCIM has worked in commercial real estate for 30 years. The Blunt Company was formed in June, 1992. Since that date, the company has prepared appraisals for a broad range of commercial properties. The company also has extensive experience preparing digital maps using GIS software.

John is a designated senior member (Urban Property) with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). He is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. John also earned the CCIM commercial brokerage designation. He  is also a State Certified General Appraiser in the State of Texas.

The Blunt Company has extensive experience appraising retail, office, and industrial properties. We also have particular expertise appraising special use properties including restaurants, convenience stores, hotels, automotive repair and car wash facilities.
