John Wallace Blunt, Jr. has more than twenty-four years experience in commercial real estate including brokerage, property management and the valuation of commercial, industrial, special purpose and residential properties in addition to appraisal review. John is a designated senior member with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and he is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. John passed all four modules of the General Comprehensive Examination and has met all of the experience requirements of the Appraisal Institute.
